HOW IT WORKS

HSA/FSA payments with Flex

Paying with your HSA or FSA at LYMA is a straightforward four-step process, completed entirely within the checkout flow.

Add The LYMA Laser, The LYMA Laser PRO, Supplement to your cart and head to checkout.

Select Flex at checkout

Choose “Flex Pay with HSA/ FSA” as your payment option at checkout.

Confirm eligibility

Complete a brief telehealth consultation to confirm your eligibility to pay with HSA/ FSA.

Enter card details

Input your HSA or FSA debit card details and complete your purchase as usual. 

WHAT TO EXPECT

Your Letter of Medical Necessity and receipt, covered


At checkout, select Flex | Pay with HSA/FSA as your payment option. You will be prompted to complete a brief telehealth consultation to confirm your eligibility. From there, enter your HSA or FSA debit card details and complete your checkout as usual. 

If you don't have your HSA or FSA card to hand, you can also complete checkout with a regular credit or debit card — Flex will email you an itemised receipt to submit for reimbursement. 

A licensed provider will review your consultation and, within 2 hours of purchase, Flex will email you a Letter of Medical Necessity (LOMN) and an itemised receipt. Keep these documents for your records should your HSA/FSA provider or the IRS require additional documentation.

After your order is confirmed, a Flex prompt appears on the confirmation page. Click it to begin your eligibility consultation — it takes under two minutes.


Receive your LOMN and submit your claim

Flex emails you a Letter of Medical Necessity and an itemised receipt. Submit these to your HSA/FSA provider to claim reimbursement.

Yes. LYMA has partnered with Flex to enable customers to use their Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) funds toward eligible LYMA products, including subscriptions. You pay at checkout as normal and then claim reimbursement through Flex after your order is placed.

At checkout, select the Flex | Pay with HSA/FSA option and enter your HSA or FSA card details to complete your purchase. If the Flex option doesn't appear, checkout as a guest to access it.

After completing your order, a personalized reimbursement link will appear on your Thank You page. Use this to submit your claim to your HSA or FSA provider via Flex. We recommend saving or bookmarking this link before leaving the page.

Yes. Your Flex reimbursement link will appear on the Thank You page following your initial subscription order. For recurring subscription orders, your LYMA order confirmation emails can serve as supporting documentation for subsequent claims submitted to your provider.
