LYMA ships orders as quickly as possible and you will be forwarded tracking information when your order has been despatched.
Please note that if a discount code or promotion has been applied and your order total falls below the relevant free shipping threshold, standard shipping charges will apply.

Up to $99 FedEx, delivery within 5 working days after despatch, $10

$100 to $199 FedEx, delivery within 5 working days after despatch, FREE

$200 and above, FedEx Express, delivery within 3 working days after despatch, FREE

Returns

This returns policy applies to products bought directly from our website. If you have purchased products from anywhere else then please contact them directly. We are happy to refund or exchange any product returned within 14 days of purchase, if returned in its original state, unused and in original packaging with the hygiene seal unbroken.
