The Power Youth Serum hydrates and plumps with over 60% active concentration. It’s fast absorbing and colorless and while the Cream has been designed to stand alone, the two formulations work together to deliver the strongest result.

Yes. Both the Power Youth Cream and Power Youth Serum are dermatologist-tested, including on volunteers who identify as having sensitive skin. The Cream tested as non-irritating with good cutaneous compatibility, making it a great fit even for sensitive or reactive skin. The Serum contains a higher concentration of active ingredients (like niacinamide and our peptide complex) and tested as generally well tolerated, though slightly more active - so if your skin is very reactive, we'd suggest patch-testing it on your inner arm first and introducing it gradually. As always, if you have a diagnosed skin condition or known allergies, check with your dermatologist before starting anything new.

Yes. The Cream contains a gentle retinol-alternative system (bakuchiol + retinyl palmitate) and antioxidants engineered to layer cleanly. Your dermatologist can advise.

Yes, both the Serum and Cream are designed for twice-daily use. 

One good habit to build in: because the Cream contains Vitamin A (Retinyl Palmitate), we recommend always following your morning routine with a broad-spectrum SPF, since Vitamin A can make skin a little more sun-sensitive.

It's a simple extra step that also protects all the good work your routine is doing.

No SPF needed for your evening routine, of course.

We do not specify a specific SPF, in fact we have seen great compatibility with most SPFs. In our independent consumer study of 30 women, 76% agreed that the serum and cream, when used together, worked well and felt comfortable with their regular SPF. 

There are no ingredients within either product which negatively interacts with known SPFs on the market; chemical or physical sunscreens.

None of the ingredients in LYMA skincare are derived from animals.
