Indications for Use

The LYMA Laser is an Over-the-Counter (OTC) light based device intended for the use in treating face wrinkles.

Contraindications for Use

- Do not use this device if your skin is light sensitive or you are currently using medication that may cause skin sensitivity to light. Doing so may result in a photosensitive reaction.
- Do not use the device over any areas associated with the following medical conditions: tumors or melanoma, over-active thyroid, or fungal skin infections.
- Do not use the device on infants or children under the age of [22 or 18, to confirm].
- Do not use the device to treat any other condition that is not detailed in the indications for use. The device has not been tested for any other conditions and the risks are unknown.
- Do not use the device to treat anyone who suffers from Lupus erythematosus, photosensitive eczema, or Albinism as this may cause a severe skin reaction.

Precautions

- The LYMA Laser device is designed for aesthetic use only and for individuals in good health. If this is not the case, please consult a healthcare provider before use.
- Consult a healthcare provider if you have any underlying skin conditions or suspicious lesions.
- If using the device causes any pain or discomfort, discontinue use immediately.
- Contact a healthcare provider immediately if you suspect you have had a negative reaction from using the device.
- Do not shine the light from the device directly into the eyes, doing so may cause temporary discomfort to your vision. No protective goggles are required.
- Always protect your skin from the sun with sunscreen or appropriate attire. The sun may cause skin damage and reduce the benefits of the device.

Warnings

- Consult your healthcare professional before use if you have any underlying skin conditions.
- Discontinue using the device immediately if you experience any sensitivity from use.
- The performance of procedures other than those specified herein may result in injury.
- Discontinue using the device immediately if you suspect it to be malfunctioning or not operating properly.

Treatment Frequency

- 3 minutes per treatment area, every day for 12 weeks.
- After 12 weeks, 3 minutes per treatment area, 3 times per week.
- For best results, do not overlap treatment areas.
- The device should be used on face wrinkles only and is safe to use around the eyes and on all skin tones.
