HSA/FSA
Yes. LYMA has partnered with Flex to enable customers to use their Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) funds toward eligible LYMA products, including subscriptions. You pay at checkout as normal and then claim reimbursement through Flex after your order is placed.
At checkout, select the Flex | Pay with HSA/FSA option and enter your HSA or FSA card details to complete your purchase.
If you don't see the Flex option, try checking out as a guest - the option isn't currently visible for logged-in accounts.
After completing your order, a personalized reimbursement link will appear on your Thank You page. Use this to submit your claim – along with the Letter of Medical Necessity and itemised receipt that Flex emails you – to your HSA or FSA provider. We recommend saving or bookmarking this link before leaving the page.
Yes. Your personalized reimbursement link will appear on the Thank You page following your initial subscription order. We recommend saving or bookmarking this link, as it can be used for your first claim along with the Letter of Medical Necessity and itemised receipt Flex emails you.
For subsequent subscription orders, your LYMA order confirmation emails can serve as supporting documentation for further claims submitted to your provider.

HSA and FSA eligibility is determined by your individual plan and provider. We recommend confirming eligible product categories with your HSA/FSA administrator before purchasing.
Your LYMA order receipt, along with the Letter of Medical Necessity and itemised receipt provided via your Flex reimbursement link, can be used to support your claim.
