The battery will automatically charge itself to maximum capacity. Depending on how much power is in the battery at the time of charge, this can take up to four hours. When the battery is fully charged, all lights on the battery charging unit will be lit up in blue. When the battery is charging some of the status lights will flicker as the battery continues to charge.
