Do the other products in the System work without the LYMA Laser?

Yes. Each product within the LYMA Youth System is designed to be used independently as part of a considered daily routine.

The LYMA Supplement can be taken on its own to support areas such as sleep, stress balance, skin vitality and menopause transition. The Oxygen Mist and Glide are formulated to condition and hydrate the skin, and are specifically optimized to be used with the LYMA Laser.

When used together, the products are intended to complement one another - combining the foundational support of the Supplement with the conditioning benefits of the Oxygen Mist and Glide, and the precision of laser technology, for a more comprehensive approach.

For the full system experience, we recommend using all components consistently.
