I have a query about my Affirm balance after a refund. Who do I contact?

For any queries about your Affirm balance, payments, or refund status, contact Affirm directly at affirm.com/help or via their in-app support. For queries about the LYMA return itself, contact our Concierge Team at usconcierge@lyma.life. LYMA does not have access to your Affirm account.
